Merger with Fyin, Inc.

We are pleased to announce the completion of the merger between Integrated New Media and Fyin, Inc. The combination of Integrated New Media LLC and Fyin Incorporated creates one of Wisconsin's most advanced and innovative web-based solution companies. The merger brings together some of the area's strongest web programmers and web designers, as well as the blending of our powerful development libraries, enabling us to create, manage and deliver powerful web and branding solutions for our joint client base. The move also strengthens Integrated New Media's strategic initiative to deliver distributed branding applications, such as SMRTSite and CMOD.

Currently in the process of negotiating for new office space, Integrated New Media’s new headquarters will be located in South Milwaukee. Fyin executives coming to Integrated New Media include David Dimmer, Founder, and Patrick Dillon, Sales Director. David Dimmer will have a new role as Technology Director for INM. Patrick will retain his role as Sales Director.
